Four levels. They only go up.
Every Ownlet creator is on the same ladder: from your first store to a brand of your own, and beyond. Every completed sale on your shop counts toward the next level automatically — there is no application, no negotiation, and nothing you do can ever take a level away.
How it works
Your Creator account starts at Founder. That level is not itself a shop approval: a brand shop still requires an application, platform verification, Ownlet review and a signed agreement. Once the shop is live, completed sales count toward later levels and the platform applies eligible level changes automatically.
Levels are milestones, not subscriptions. Once you reach one, it is yours for good.

Some creators skip the first rung
We review every creator we invite. Some are pre-qualified to start directly as a Certified Founder — either their sales track record speaks for itself, or they have run a store of their own before. If that is you, the email we sent you says so, and your store opens at that level from day one.
Where you see your progress
The Growth page in your creator portal shows your current level, your net sales so far, and exactly how much more — in dollars — unlocks the next level. No formulas to work out, no asking us: the number is always on the page.
Questions people actually ask
Can my level go down?
No. Levels only ever go up. If your shop goes quiet for a while, monthly perk allowances (like sourcing requests) can pause and resume automatically when sales pick back up — but your level and everything built for you stays.
How much do I need to sell to level up?
Your Growth page shows the exact dollar gap to the next level at any moment, based on your shop's real sales. We keep the numbers there rather than here so what you see is always current.
Do I have to do anything to be promoted?
No. Promotion is automatic — sales on your shop are counted for you, and when you reach a level we switch it on and tell you. There is no form and no negotiation.
Does a higher level cost anything?
No. There is nothing to pay at any level. The custom visual kit, the Independent Store, the sourcing requests — those are things we invest in you, not things you buy.
